Spiral Welded Steel Pipes

We design and  manufacture the pipes specially for any project  in terms of diameter, length, wall thickness, steel quality, coating, pipe ends etc.

The spiral welded steel pipe, is a steel pipe with the lenght wise seamed in the shape of spiral. Inside and outside, welding is performed by a process called automatic submergeeed arc.

The pipe is then cut to a determined length through an automatic plasma arc cutting device.

The usage fields of Spiral Welded Steel Pipes are pilling, irrigation, boring equipping, water transmission, steel structures, canalization and distribution of drinkable water.

  - generic tubes for lead: ASTM To 53/DIN 1626 BS 3601
• External diameter: from 219,0 to 3000,0 milimeter
• Thickness: from 4,0 to 25,0 milimeter
• Length: 6,0/13,5 m
• Degrees of the material(steel): X42 / X52 / X65 / X70 / ST37-2 / ST44-2 / ST52-3 / API 5L / etc...
• External coating:
  - Bituminous En-10289 / DIN 30673
  - Polyethylene DIN 30670
  
• Internal coating:
  - Bitumen En-10289 / DIN 30673
  - Non-toxic Epoxy Resin 200mic. AWWA C-210 / En-10289
  - Cementation AWWA C-205 / Bs-534 / DIN 2614
  
• Tests: tests hydrostatic, radiografic, chemical and mechanical are made in the factory
